Kirsten & St Johns wedding at the Johannesburg Country Club Auckland Park.
Sometimes i feel i have a bit too much energy in my tank, and today i had to hold some of that back, as the couple were ..save for a better word.. a soft-loving couple. Yes they were willing to do whatever it took to get some great pics done. On other first for me....Calm St John pulled out his Dart Vader mask hidden in a black bag, and proceeded to fight the other boys in the forest setting. ( looking at the album now, i ask myself where did those pics disappear to?... maybe the second album if Kirsten had the last say.) The lighting at this place is always such a pleasure to work with, as are the amazing gardens, so the setting is all taken care of. Oh yes another first happened at this wedding.... in all my years of wedding photography and videography with over 80 people, there is generally 1 person that cant make it to the wedding. I thus told them not to cater for my assistant due to this fact, and lo and behold not a single person stayed away. Call it luck????....no i call it not wanting to miss out on such an important event in their lives... Congrats guys you're a match made in heaven.....Now don't prove me wrong again......
